Please check your order and contact details before payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation.

Our Companion Experiences are digital products supplied electronically using the access or download method stated on the product page or order confirmation. No physical item or delivery is included unless clearly stated.

Where you request immediate access, you agree that supply may begin straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once access or downloading begins. This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

Digital Access

Digital Companion Experiences are supplied electronically using the access or download method shown on the product page or order confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of ordering if access to the digital content has not begun.

Once you have agreed to immediate access and the content has been accessed or downloaded, your right to cancel ends. This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Refunds are not normally available once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

If your Companion Experience is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed, please contact us through https://memoriesincolourandsong.co.uk/contact. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access, correction or a refund.

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Online Service any complaints should be addressed toour contact details listed on the website.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Online Site and/or the Online Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Online Site and/or the Online Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Online Site and/or the Online Service impossible or impractical.
