Memories in Colour & Song collects only the personal information needed to operate this website and provide its services. This may include your name, contact details, account and order information, enquiries, and any photographs, words or reflections submitted through Share One Moment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

We use your information to:

• Process purchases and provide digital content or services.
• Respond to enquiries and provide support.
• Maintain required business and financial records.
• Protect and improve the website.
• Send updates where you have chosen to receive them.
• Publish Share One Moment contributions only where clear permission has been given.

We process information under contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent, depending on why it is needed.

Information may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers, including Florist Touch, Stripe and Google Analytics where cookie consent has been given. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate legal safeguards must be used.

Order and financial records are normally retained for six years. Enquiries are normally retained for up to two years. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. Share One Moment contributions are kept for the agreed use or until permission is withdrawn, subject to anything already lawfully published.
