Through life experiences, Memories in Colour and song was born.

Created by founder Rosa Robertson, the project grew from years of exploring how creativity, nature and music can help us reconnect and feel joy again.

These techniques were not learned from books or therapy - they were discovered through real life, one song and one creative moment at a time.

What began as a personal journey of self - expression and recovery evolved into a way of helping others, using colour, song and creativity to build confidence, spark conversation and share memories in meaningful ways.

What began as a way to find light in difficult days has become a way to share that light with others, created from the heart, for the moments that matter most.

Memories in Colour and Song was founded by Rosa Robertson to inspire wellbeing through creativity, bringing people together through art, colour and music.

What began as a simple belief that creativity can lift the spirit and spark connection has grown into a heartfelt wellbeing initiative that helps communities, families and care settings share joyful, meaningful moments through creative experiences.

Each workshop and activity packs is designed to inspire calm, conversation and connection - using colour and song to spark memories, creativity and joy.

At Memories in Colour and Song creativity is not about being artistic - its about feeling uplifted, finding connection and celebrating life in full colour and song.
